Terms and Conditions
We’re so excited to be a part of your special event and help create lasting memories for your family! Here you will find our Terms of Service, exactly as they are listed on our client booking contract. These guidelines are designed to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for you, your guests, and our performers.
When booking with us, you’ll be agreeing to details regarding payments, cancellations, event expectations, and more. We want to make sure you’re fully informed so please take a moment to read through the full agreement below, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. We can’t wait to bring the magic to your event!

Waiver & Client Agreement
Thank you for choosing Prisca’s Palace LLC (“The Company”) for your upcoming event! We’re thrilled to be part of your special day. By completing your payment, you (“The Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
PAYMENTS
-
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date and time slot. Your event is not considered booked until the retainer has been received and cleared.
-
Payment of the retainer indicates full agreement with the terms outlined in this contract.
-
Clients may choose to pay the full balance upfront or pay the remaining balance in part.
-
If paying in part, a payment link will be provided, and the full remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event.
-
If full payment is not received at least 24 hours before the event, no services will be provided.
LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS
-
Bookings made within 14 days of an event date are considered last-minute.
-
A $25 per-character fee will apply for in-person events booked within this time frame.
CANCELLATION POLICY
-
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event will be refunded in full, minus the 50% non-refundable deposit.
-
Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable but may be credited in full toward a future event.
GRATUITY
-
Gratuity is not included in your package price and is never required, but always appreciated if you feel we’ve exceeded expectations.
-
Tips may be given in cash at the event or sent virtually after the event.
SUBSTANCE USE & PETS
-
Smoking, alcohol, and substance use are strictly prohibited in the presence of our Performers.
-
Any guest seen smoking, using drugs, e-cigarettes, or consuming alcohol near a Performer will be asked to step away. Failure to comply will result in the Performer(s) leaving immediately with full compensation due from the Client.
-
For the safety of our performers and costumes, pets must be leashed or kept in a separate area. Non-compliance will result in the Performer(s) leaving the event immediately, with no refund issued.
LOCATION & WEATHER
-
For outdoor events, we recommend indoor alternatives during extreme temperatures (above 80°F or below 60°F). Outdoor appearances under these conditions will be limited to a maximum of 30 minutes.
-
In the event of inclement weather (rain, snow, wind, etc.), the Client is responsible for securing an indoor backup location and notifying the Company with at least 24 hours' notice.
-
If an indoor alternative is unavailable, a "rain date" may be scheduled on a mutually available day. The balance (excluding the non-refundable retainer) will be credited toward that event.
-
If no reschedule is arranged within 365 days of the original date, the balance (excluding the retainer) will be refunded, and both parties will be released from further obligations.
-
For public park or venue events, a reserved pavilion or designated event space is required. Proof of reservation must be provided at booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation or the Performer(s) leaving the event, with full compensation due from the Client.
PARKING
-
To preserve the magic, Performers will park discreetly down the street when possible.
-
If no street parking is available, the Client will be contacted for an alternative. If a driveway must be used, please ensure no guests are present in the area during the Performer's arrival.
-
If the venue requires paid parking, this is the Client's responsibility and must be arranged and prepaid before the event.
PHOTO RELEASE
-
Any photos shared by the Client with the Company, or posted publicly (e.g., on social media or review sites), may be used by the Company for promotional purposes.
-
While we make efforts to obscure children's faces, the Client agrees that all guests present at the event may appear in company photos and media. If specific individuals should not be shown, please inform us in advance.
EVENT CONDUCT
-
Please be courteous to our Performers and other guests. Profanity, unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated.
-
Smoking or vaping is not permitted within 50 feet of the Performers or event space.
-
Children must be supervised at all times. Guests under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
-
Performers reserve the right to leave immediately if they feel unsafe or disrespected, or if the environment is hazardous, hostile, or unsanitary, with no refund due.
-
Our Performers are entertainers, not babysitters. They will not discipline or force participation from children. Any behaviour requiring discipline is the responsibility of a present adult.
ACTIVITIES & ITINERARY
-
Each event follows a carefully planned itinerary to maximise engagement and magic.
-
Activities may be adjusted during the event based on guest needs or time constraints; not all listed activities are guaranteed to be completed.
-
Special requests outside of the listed itinerary must be made at the time of booking and are not guaranteed.
SAFETY & LIABILITY
-
The Client agrees to hold harmless the Company and its Performers from any property damage or personal injury caused by event guests.
-
The Company is not liable for cancellations due to weather or other Acts of God.
-
The Client must inform the Company of any guest allergies in advance to prevent potential exposure.
SERVICE DELIVERY & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Accurate Information: The Client must provide accurate event details (date, time, location) at booking. The Company is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information.
-
Setup Requirements: The Client must ensure suitable space, power, and weather protection (for outdoor events). Inadequate conditions may result in reduced services without a refund.
-
Force Majeure: In the event of unavoidable delays or cancellations (e.g., illness, power outage, natural disasters), the Company will offer rescheduling or a partial refund at its discretion.
-
Amendments: This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions, agreements, or understandings of any kind. This Agreement may only be amended or modified in writing, signed by both the Client and the Company.
CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTE POLICY
-
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with the Company is considered a breach of contract.
-
The Company reserves the right to dispute unauthorised chargebacks and provide evidence of service delivery (e.g., signed agreements, event photos, receipts).
-
If an invalid chargeback is filed, the Client agrees to reimburse the Company for all related fees, legal costs, and administrative expenses.
-
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal actions arising from this Agreement shall be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Columbia County. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect
